Introducing Clearview: Everything Your Business Runs Online, Watched From One Place

For the past couple of years, clients have logged in to a portal we called Clearview to see one thing: how secure their business looked from the outside. A score, the checks behind it, and a list of what to fix. It did that job well, and we described it, accurately, as a managed security portal.

That description is now out of date. Clearview by Swanswater Technology Group has grown into the place we run all of our work from, and the place clients log in to see everything their business runs online, watched from one place. This post explains what changed, what is in it now, and what is coming next.

The honest reason it grew is that clients kept asking the same question in different forms: "can I see that in Clearview?" Which computers are out of date. Whether everyone has multi-factor authentication switched on. What the Cyber Essentials assessor is going to ask for. Whether anyone actually reads the website. Each time, the answer was to build the view into the same login rather than send people to another tool.

So Clearview is now six hubs. The Cyber Security Hub is the original: a live Cyber Security Score, external threat monitoring, email authentication checks, certificates, lookalike domains and UK cyber alerts filtered to your sector. The Device Hub is every computer we manage: hardware, warranty, antivirus, encryption, updates and firewall, with vulnerability scanning and remote actions. The Compliance Hub tracks Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus as a live status and collects the evidence automatically, alongside GDPR and ISO 27001 progress. The Productivity Hub is your Microsoft 365 tenant: MFA adoption, licensing, and service health. The Assets Hub is a single register of the hardware, software, domains and certificates you depend on.

The sixth is the Digital Hub, and it is the one we are proudest of, because it is where security and marketing finally meet. It shows you where your website visitors come from, including visits sent by ChatGPT and Perplexity, which pages they read, whether they called or filled in a form, and lets you replay any visit step by step from first click to enquiry. Alongside that sits a technical SEO score tracked over time, GEO showing how visible you are in AI search, page speed and Core Web Vitals, your domain registrations, certificates and cookie compliance. All of it is first-party measurement: no third-party cookies, no advertising trackers, data held in the UK. For a lot of our clients, this is the first time they have seen their own website the way we see it.

Digital Hub gets equal billing with the Cyber Security Hub because, for most small businesses, the website is now the front door. Knowing it is secure and knowing whether anyone is walking through it are the same job.

What is coming next: backlinks, so you can see every site that links to yours, and domain ranking, both arriving as features inside the Digital Hub. We build around what clients ask for, so if there is a number you wish you could see, tell us.

If you are an existing client, it is already in your login. If you are not, Clearview is available on its own from £35 per month per organisation, and a demonstration uses your own domain so the first score you see is yours.
